Southern University of Science and Technology (SUSTech) is an innovation-oriented public university founded by Shenzhen government in the background of China's higher education reform. Opened in 2011. Within 10 years achieved ranking of 8th across all universities in mainland China.
In the Times Higher Education (THE) Young University Rankings 2023, SUSTech maintains its position as the best young university in mainland China, ranking 17th in the world in 2023.

Double Degree Awards
All students on our programmes are eligible to receive two degrees: one from SUSTech and one from King’s. Without going overseas, students earn two degrees which are recognised in the UK and China.
